If you’re searching for a particular store, simply click on the stores tab in the top navigation bar for a complete directory of the merchants available through Mall of Stores.

What is Cash Back?

Cash Back is not a credit but actually real money that Mall of Stores will send to you by check or via PayPal. We receive a commission for referring our members to our select merchants. We will share a portion of our commissions with our members four times throughout each year for shopping through Mall of Stores Our members can earn up to 25% Cash Back on purchases made through Mall of Stores (Disclosure: some of our Merchants do not allow us to offer Cash Back to our members). NOTE: Mall of Stores would love to send our members Cash Back every 30 days. Due to the merchandise return policies of our different merchants, we can only send our Cash Back checks to our members each quarter. How do I receive Cash Back?

Option 1) Check: With this option, we will send a check directly to you. You can change your personal settings (including your address) on the Account Settings page. If no address is present in your account profile, we will simply keep the money in your account and your total will carry over into the next quarter.

Option 2) PayPal: With this option, we deposit your payment into your PayPal account and MallofStores.com takes care of any applicable fees. What does the term "Coupon-Only" mean?

When a merchant is listed as being a Coupons-Only store or e-commerce web site, you will not receive Cash Back on your purchases through that merchant. Can I use online currencies while shopping through MallofStores.com?

Currently, you may not use online currencies while shopping through MallofStores.com. Also, we cannot ensure that Cash Back will be earned if Google Checkout is used as the method of payment for your purchase.

Can I use MSN Passport at MallofStores.com?

At the present time, MSN Passport cannot be used while shopping through MallofStores.com. If you use MSN Passport, you will not be eligible for Cash Back for those purchases.

Can I use Medicare to make purchases on MallofStores.com?

Yes. You can make medical-related purchases from merchants on MallofStores.com using Medicare. However, Medicare purchases are not eligible for Cash Back. Please check individual merchant’s for details.

Do gift certificates qualify for Cash Back rewards

Unfortunately, Mall of Stores cannot give Cash Back for the portion of a purchase that is made with gift cards or certificates. Likewise, we cannot give Cash Back for the purchase of gift certificates or gift cards.

Can I shop at MallofStores.com if I live outside of the U.S. and Canada?

Yes. However, this is dependent on whether or not the merchant you are purchasing from will ship outside of the U.S. and Canada. All Cash Back is paid in U.S. dollars.

What if I cannot find my merchant of choice through MallofStores.com?

We are expanding our network of merchants daily to ensure that our members have the best variety of goods and services to choose from. The Mall of Stores management team strives to have the best premier merchants on our website to make shopping easy for our members. As a member, if you have a merchant you would like for us to add to our store directory, please send an email to our customer care department and recommend for that merchant to be added. Our quality control merchant advisory committee will do everything possible to add that merchant to our store directory if it is aligned with the Mall of Stores mission. The Mall of Stores advisory committee abides by a high level of ethical standards and will never promote adult material, liquor, or tobacco products.

Will Mall of Stores credit my purchase if I’m not satisfied?

You must contact the merchant directly that corresponds with your purchase for a full refund. WE RECOMMEND TO OUR MEMBERS THAT BEFORE YOU MAKE ANY PURCHASES AT ONE OF OUR OUTSTANDING PREMIER MERCHANTS, THAT YOU CHECK THE RETURN AND REFUND POLICY. The MallofStores.com customer services department will help our members if they are having a problem contacting the merchant customer service department as long as you are within that merchant’s return policy timeframe. What if I want to return or cancel an order?

Returns are subject to the return policy of the specific merchant you purchase from. Please note that if you return or cancel an item, MallofStores.com will reverse any Cash Back earned from that sale.

Returns (also deemed as exchanges) make Cash Back ineligible. In the process of an exchange, the merchant cancels the old order and replaces it with a new one. When doing this, the Mall of Stores commission gets reversed. And, a new commission is not established because the merchant creates a new order (this means that the order was not completed through MallofStores.com but in fact, placed through the merchant directly). Because of this, the merchant will not pay Mall of Stores a commission which in turn eliminates our ability to pass Cash Back on to you.

To avoid losing your Cash Back in future transactions, please make sure all returns are final and that you do not initiate an exchange. If a return or exchange is required, make sure the merchant refunds your credit card and then submit your replacement order through MallofStores.com to receive Cash Back.
